UPDATE: you did say that but it's been almost 2 weeks ago and I've not heard from you. I'm not asking for a courtesy or emergency appointment. I asked for an appointment to test water that I'm full willing to pay for!!WAS happy with installation, but NEVER returns calls. Even when trying to make appointment 2 yrs later for water testing....zero communication. Sad way to run a potentially great business. I will NOT be calling anymore, going with different company.
At first I was happy with the service. I was convinced by Dan that I had bacteria and iron in my water. Had my well redone. Dan came and installed our water system, however I have been having the same issues and of course Dan doesn't answer his phone and doesn't call back. Not a happy camper at all. Very disappointing that I now have to get help somewhere else, spend more money to fix the problem.This is not a fraudulent post. The reason being your paperwork is under my husband nameCampos.
We had a weekend emergency issue with our RO system. Dan came out at 10 pm on a Friday night and diagnosed & solved the problem quickly and at no charge.
