First clerk was unacceptable, rude, unhelpful.
However, the second clerk, Ms Dammie was FANTASTIC! and went above and beyond all that she was obligated to help me figure out and resolve my a bit difficult case. In the end, we have all cleared out, no additional visits will be needed from me - god bless Ms Dammie :)!!!
Therefore, the office gets 5star :) despite the rough start :)
Leslie is amazing to work with! Being in the military I moved from FL to Utah. I had a vehicle for some reason that your system was showing that I still had. I had previously send paperwork 2 times and the issue never was resolved. Bottom line for years I had tried to get this taken care of. I over nighted the paperwork to Leslie. She resolved the issue and even called me to let let me know that she received the paperwork! Excellent customer service and even better human. Thank you Leslie!!
I want to give a shout-out to Jacqueline at the Bunnell, FL DMV office. Renewing my driver's license was a bit complicated. I had an out-of-state license and a name change to process. Although it was a time-consuming task, Jacqueline handled all the changes with patience and kindness. She is a valuable asset to the DMV office.
