I have been coming to this box for years. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the owners, the skill of the coaches and the goodness of the other athletes. I always feel better both physically and mentally after a workout here.

Members are kind, encouraging, and create a positive atmosphere. The facility is great, and the workouts are enjoyable and effective. Many visitors and members appreciate the hospitality and often return when visiting the area. The environment is energetic and fun, making it a great place for both experienced athletes and newcomers. Overall, CrossFit BearCat offers a special, supportive space where people can reach their potential while having a good time.

Great owners, staff and athletes. Very welcoming. If you are in the area check them out. I love a long workout with a combination on movements and this one was with lots of rowing, rope climbs, sandbag cleans and pull-ups.

I love coming to CF BearCat. The workouts are challenging. The coach’s are very knowledgeable and encouraging. The equipment is abundant and clean. The community is very welcoming and super positive. What more could you ask for?!?
