I had some impact doors and windows put in my house. Many many months after the installation I noticed two panels were defective. they were excellent at getting back, honoring their work and replacing them , very happy with overall service.
I made a large delivery order in the morning. The receptionist was able to arrange a drop off that day. I received the lumber. I'll admit some of the wood was a little beat up. But not to the point of hurting the integrity. It was more just aesthetically displeasing. However some of the smaller lumber was unusable for the application I was using it for. I loaded all the lumber for an exchange, and every person I encountered from the initial person to ask me what I needed, to the receptionist and the person loading the new lumber was so pleasant extremely respectful. I would definitely do business with them again
Rob is great at solving manufacturers problems. It’s difficult enough to get any products made in the USA let alone in time and done correctly but he manages to get it done!!Don’t blame the messenger blame the system
