This place was recommended to me by a yoga instructor in the area. I was on a Florida vacation and just wanted to attend a yoga practice. One Love Yoga fit the bill. I went to a Mellow Moment drop-in class which was a yoga-Pilates practice. Our instructor was very good in pacing and offering accommodations as needed and opportunities for more challenge if available. It was a welcoming atmosphere- not heated- great for us who have "power surges" (hot flashes). After the one hour practice I felt energized and flexible.
