Jack did a great job sweeping my fireplace. He called prior to arrival. He conducted himself professionally and took care of business. He also cleaned the dryer vent. This company is excellent. You can stop looking.

No Mary Poppins magic needed when ya got these folks! We had issues with our roof exiting dryer vent. Heck, we had a whole subscription! That's where this review is heading too! Right on time, as scheduled, Joe quickly assessed what the likely culprit was. (I was stumped as I'd already thoroughly cleaned out the vent from the wall to the roof. PLUS, I'd completely disassembled the dryer). He climbed up on the roof and immediately found an inner screen on the dryer stack that was completely plugged! He removed the screen while I turned the dryer on and Voila! We have liftoff! LOL And since there is a working one-way flap inside this stack there was no need to replace that lint catching screen. Problem solved! He didn't charge for the call but I got him to take some gas money. Funny, but I realized I had used them way back in 1997 right after buying a house in Ridge Manor. And they're still sweeping folks off their feet! Tell them John and Beth sent ya!
