“Rebecca did my recent massage. I had booked a 90 minute combo massage and everything was great until a little over an hour into my massage. She exclaimed she confused me with her other client and she didn’t realize my appointment was only 90 minutes instead of 2 hours. So the last 15 minutes of my massage was very rushed. She missed a foot during the rush and barely massaged my arms/ hands. I primarily only got my back massaged because of this mistake. Overall, the massage felt great, but for paying over $110 and for this to happen was not acceptable. She just smiled and acted like everything was okay. Will not be going back here.“
