Customers appreciate the specialists for their knowledge, efficiency, and helpful advice. One customer noted that the technician is polite and informative when questions are asked. Another mentioned that Richard B. does a great job and takes pride in his work, although some have observed that mosquito defense may not be as effective as before, possibly due to formula changes. Some customers have expressed concerns about lawn damage caused by equipment parked on the grass during hot days, highlighting the importance of careful service to prevent brown spots. Overall, TruGreen strives to improve lawns and provide professional service to its clients.
