We had gone through an odd hiring phase…odd because the hiring pool on paper was what we wanted but the candidates in real life didn’t match their paper. It was a very frustrating time for us. We decided to go with Spherion. We were already familiar with what they do and what they offer and also had the opportunity to know many of the staff there. We figured if their candidates are anything like the people in operations there, we might get lucky. We called Lindsey and had a phone chat but then a very detailed in-person meeting. A few years ago, when I was actively searching for a new opportunity, the owner, Lindsey, encouraged me to connect with Spherion Staffing. From my very first meeting with a recruiter, I felt supported, confident, and truly seen. She took the time to understand my skills, goals, and salary expectations, and helped me recognize the value I brought to the workforce. Although I ended up accepting another opportunity shortly after, Spherion had already gone above and beyond to find great options for me.
