From the moment he arrived, he greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and treated me with kindness and respect. He took his time inspecting my home, patiently answered my questions, and even encouraged me to walk with him so I could better understand my gutters and my house.
What impressed me most was his honesty. Rather than trying to sell me a repair, he first suggested I have my roof checked because he wanted to make sure the gutters were actually the problem.
