My nails looked nothing like the reference photo. I showed a picture and was told by an employee they could do it. Halfway through the procedure, I was told they couldn't do it?? Will not be returning.

ok, if I could give them a minus I certainly would. shall I list the reasons let me count the ways..1. the "owner" man creepy AF. 2. having a certificate does not mean you are qualified, that was very obvious. 3. not a conversation or explanation, just high pitched scream voice, that does not listen to what the client wants at all. Mani-pedi is what I requested and I will tell you being in the public professionally, this is not the experience you want or need for a relaxing pampering day!!!! -99 rating for my personal experience. absolutely no pride in their work. If I could give this place zero starts I would. Don't go to this place if you want to get tortured and possibly risk an infection. I went there today for a pedicure and the man who did my work hurt me and knew he was hurting me and just looked at me and smiled and said look, look at what he was doing. I told him it hurt but did he stop... eventually after I almost pulled my foot out of his grip. I am sitting here now with very sore and bleeding toes. I will never go there again. I have been to the one in Inverness and they were always wonderful. never had an issue but this one in brooksville... never again. I will drive 45 minutes out of my way before I ever go...read full review
