The sales manager, Joe Pchelka, showed up on time and inspected the roof. Joe is extremely professional and personable. Work began on the roof within a month of signing the contract and was completed in two days. The new roof is beautiful, and the workman left no trace of ever being there – my yard was spotless. Also, no sub-contractor nonsense here, the workmen work for Protech. It was a pleasure to do business with this company and they exceeded my expectations.
