Shannon and Ed O'Neill provided me with excellent detailed Information on product selection options, materials to be used, and roof replacement cost. They were extremely proactive and very friendly while answering all my roof replacement questions and concerns. When the six roofing crew members arrived at 730am, the crew leader immediately identified himself and while talking with me was very professional, courteous and friendly. The overall quality and speed of the work performed was over and above my expectations; proper cause of lawn and landscaping was demonstrated; and their roofing replacement project receive 150% customer satisfaction award from me.Shannon, Ed...read full review
After 4 estimates and weighing all the pros and cons what can we say but" Protech Roofing did an excellent job with everything!" Our metal roof turned out beautiful!!!! We wanted to express our thanks to Joe,our sales person who gave us the estimate and the explanation of the work that would be done. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He explained what the job entitled, what material would be used, who was coming and when and if we had a question or an issue all we had to do was text and he would respond within a couple of hours. They did an amazing job on both of my houses with dimensional shingles and standing seam on the other. I couldn't have asked for a better company to do such a back breaking job.
