The staff is friendly and courteous, willing to explain how to maneuver from one state to another. The environment is very mellow, with all ages and no judgment. The Brooksville location is fantastic, with the staff always cleaning and attentive to anyone approaching the counter. While some locations may have issues with broken machines, this can be seen as a blessing, providing more personal space and comfort during the workout.
