This is by far the BEST Dermatologist practice I have ever visited. From the minute you arrive, the staff is very friendly & efficient! I have never waited longer than 5 mins to be seen. All the rooms are extremely clean too. They do procedures right in the office & explain things as they are doing it. Always ready to answer questions & give you much follow-up before you leave. Dr Lu is great & Scott the PA is fantastic & the techs are awesome & reassuring. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Dr Lu (by another specialist). Thank you so much for such a great experience every time I come!!!
Been a patient here about 29/years & absolutely love Dr. Lu & staff. Always accommodating, caring, knowledgeable & professional. I never felt rushed. Had many skin issues ie: carcinoma, melanoma & lots of surgery procedures, He was always attentive, concerned, gentle & easily explained everything he was doing.Dr. Lu recently brought in a new Physician Assistant Scott Edwards & he is also amazing, knowledgeable, compassionate & in my opinion a genius in the field.He has many qualities that I loved in Dr. Lu (hard to measure up to) & some of his own, Scott, those are big shoes to fill & you’re doing great at it.
