Excellent experience. Everyone I interacted with - Dr Joseph, his NP, his assistant Maria, and front staff Martha - were all compassionate, kind, and flexible to my particular issue. Highly recommend this clinic

Idicula Medical Associates Md Pa provides exceptional service. The office staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Joseph and Nurse Practitioner Rachel are informative and knowledgeable, making patients feel at ease. Dr. Joseph is a good listener and takes time to explain everything. The staff, including the front desk and nurses, are pleasant and thorough. Patients appreciate the care provided, feeling grateful for the exceptional service and pleasant experience.

I would not be here to text this review if it wasn't for Dr idicula, Dr Joseph and Dr Mathur.They saved my life!!!. Their office staff has always been helpful and it is a pleasureful experience ever time I have gone. Would not even think of changing Doctors!

My first visit was today and the front desk staff was excellent. Very efficient. The nurse that took my new patient info was so nice and very thorough. I saw Dr. Joseph and his assistant and they both very nice. Good listeners and did not dismiss me. They took their time explaining everything and letting me ask questions until I was satisfied. I was impressed. Thank you to the entire office.
