A few weeks ago I needed to have my water heater repaired and called Charlie's. After his man repaired it, it still wouldn't work, and the plumber told me to call an electrician, which I did. I found out there was an electrical short in the heater, which should have been evidenced before a repair was made. However, Charlie's made it right for me and I want to thank this firm for its integrity. To me, integrity is the foundation of any business, and this is the reason I'm still a customer at Charlie's!

Charlie’s Plumbing was referred to us by a family friend. I called them at 8:30 on Monday morning. We had a leak on a hose bib and also on the water main to our home. The hose bib was leaking into our wall. The call taker said she will do everything she could to move some calls around so she could get someone out to our house ASAP because of the leak. Ron called a few hours later and said he could be at our house in 11 minutes. He arrived 10 minutes later and a little more than an hour later everything was completed. Ron did an outstanding job.
