Brooksville Optical is praised for its kind and helpful staff, particularly in assisting customers with their glasses and contacts. Many appreciate the personal touch, as the team remembers returning clients. While some have experienced issues with cheaper eyewear breaking, the store honors warranties and provides quick fixes. Families are especially impressed with the service, as seen with a young child's first glasses experience, which was made easy and enjoyable. Same-day service and a great selection of glasses contribute to the positive recommendations for Brooksville Optical.
I had a great experience at Brooksville Optical. The Dr. and the staff were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable. The shop is lovely with a nice selection of frames, and various price points. I ordered three pair of glasses and I look forward to a continued relationship with this local shop.
