We all like to share information about vendors. Here’s a good one. In the last few weeks we had a new roof installed on our house. As a professional facility manager retired , I did my due diligence and called in 8 roofing companies to get bids. My socks were knocked off with some of the bids I received,from $14000 high to $7300 low. What I was mostly concerned about was that some of these contractors did not even go on the roof to do a pre -inspection of the roof. One local roofer never even returned my calls. After all said and done, I chose Alan’s Roofing. They were not the lowest but they were giving me the right answers and quality I was looking for. John, the project manager was fantastic. He wasn’t trying to pressure me in anyway. He inspected the roof and sat down with us and laid out the plan for us. We picked a 25 year shingle with 125 mph wind rating. The job took a day and half, the crew was excellent and property was left clean and free of debris. I would highly recommend Alan’s Roofing to anyone.
