Back for our 2nd visit to Williams Family Dentistry and had a great visit. Everyone on staff is so friendly and informative. My daughters felt so at ease they didn't even want me to come and sit by them during their cleanings. This mama bear stayed out in the waiting room. This place is fantastic and we have already scheduled our next visit. Thanks everyone at Williams Family Dentist for making us feel welcomed and the girls loved their new toys.
Kaitlin was great, she’s very thorough and detailed when cleaning my teeth. She’s a perfectionist. The Dr. is easy to talk to and values his patients. Receptionist are friendly and helpful. They’re a beautiful staff. I’ve been attending this office for 10 years.
Cannot say enough good things about Dr Williams the Dentist, and his staff. If you were going to set up a five star dentistry office and you planed it out in advance with great care and research, Dr Williams office is what you would get. I also HIGHLY Recommend Kelly the Hygienist, ( teeth cleaning ) she is truly Outstanding! She and Dr Williams will announce on a mathematical scale tooth by tooth exactly how your gum health is. They probe your tooth-gum and read out the reading so they can be recorded in the computer by the assistant. Actual Example for me; 1 is great, 4 is starting to get issues . ( if you have a #5 that's getting real problems) BTW I could feel on my tooth what they were saying was true. When they call out the tooth name and #1 , feels good, normal, then say on a #4 level my tooth / gum are definitely sore there. I have never had this probing / testing before and it gives you a great feeling to know they are so precise and professional. Also Kelly ( the Hygienist ) will guide you Exactly how to care for your teeth and gums to improve them. Success; I went back for 6 week follow up and had improvement ! thanks to the excellent guidance and exact advice from Kelly. Dr Williams and Kelly ( the hygienist ) are the ONLY Dentist and Hygienist I will be using from now on. Now when i go to the Dentist I don't have the scared, dread feeling that I used to have when I went to the dentist ... because I fully Trust Dr Williams and Kelly. PS I almost forget their prices are very very good. Doug
