WellMed at Brandon Regional consistently provides an amazing experience. The front staff is friendly, accommodating, timely, and courteous. The environment is clean, and doctors and nurses are prompt and professional. Wait times are minimal, patients are never rushed, and all questions and concerns are addressed before leaving. Patients have been returning for years and plan to stay. The team is friendly, funny, and welcoming.
I LOVE THIS OFFICE I have been seeing Debbie Varecalle for about 20 years. Yes, Dr. Jacobson‘s office was different but a lot of the same staff is with them. They’re just going by different rules of the company that bought it Corporation rules it’s like insurance companies own. The doctors office now that’s my opinion, but between Debbie, Dawn Can’t leave out Arthur or Pat. Those are great people and if you have an insurance that is covered by them, I would definitely go there. They take the time to listen to you, but remember people or people humans a lot of times we mirror what we get I’ve never had any of them be rude to me, but then I haven’t been rude...read full review
I've only been here a few times, and I liked the doctor I saw (Debbie). She is one of the few doctors I've ever spoken to that actually seems to care and listen. I've had a very difficult time getting doctors to listen to me, because although I have many health problems, I'm young and I look "fine". I'm also female and sadly that probably has something to do with it. But anyway, I just found out today they are no longer taking my insurance (or any commercial insurance) after the end of the month. I had gone for issues with anxiety, thinking I would get help, but now that I learned about the insurance, I feel like my visit was pointless and that there's no reason to follow...read full review
I always have an amazing experience every time I come here! The staff at the front is always so friendly, accommodating, timely, and just overall a pleasure. The environment is clean and the doctors and nurses are also so prompt and professional. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to return.
