WellMed at Brandon Regional consistently provides an amazing experience. The front staff is friendly, accommodating, timely, and courteous. The environment is clean, and doctors and nurses are prompt and professional. Wait times are minimal, patients are never rushed, and all questions and concerns are addressed before leaving. Patients have been returning for years and plan to stay. The team is friendly, funny, and welcoming.
I've only been here a few times, and I liked the doctor I saw (Debbie). She is one of the few doctors I've ever spoken to that actually seems to care and listen. I've had a very difficult time getting doctors to listen to me, because although I have many health problems, I'm young and I look "fine". I'm also female and sadly that probably has something to do with it. But anyway, I just found out today they are no longer taking my insurance (or any commercial insurance) after the end of the month. I had gone for issues with anxiety, thinking I would get help, but now that I learned about the insurance, I feel like my visit was pointless and that there's no reason to follow...read full review

The environment is clean and the doctors and nurses are also so prompt and professional. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to return.
Welcoming and front staff are professional and courteous. All doctors and nurses are great; wait time is minimal and you are never rushed through your appointment, all questions and concerned are addressed before you leave.
