I've only been here a few times, and I liked the doctor I saw (Debbie). She is one of the few doctors I've ever spoken to that actually seems to care and listen. I've had a very difficult time getting doctors to listen to me, because although I have many health problems, I'm young and I look "fine". I'm also female and sadly that probably has something to do with it. But anyway, I just found out today they are no longer taking my insurance (or any commercial insurance) after the end of the month. I had gone for issues with anxiety, thinking I would get help, but now that I learned about the insurance, I feel like my visit was pointless and that there's no reason to follow...read full review

I receive letters that they tried to reach me by phone but I didn't respond. I have caller ID and show history that they never called. This happens all the time. I called them and asked for the information they tried to reach me about. That was 2 days ago and I've still not heard back.I've been going to them for 20 years. Since they moved I've had several issues with office staff and now my physician won't call me or respond. Maybe I should send them a letter saying they didn't respond!

Called with cough, body ache , headache and freezing cold. Tested negative for Covid twice but positive for the fluB from a recent Urgent Care visit. I finished aTamaflu script but no relief. Office asked me to come. Parked in the back. Staff came out and swabbed my nose. After 1/2 hour the staff person came out and confirmed I’m not positive for Covid. That’s all they did. Dismissed me with a comment that the doctor will order something?? Never listened to my chest, never looked at my sore throat. No physical evaluation. Nothing. By 5:30 I called Publix’s to see if I have a script. Nothing. Random office dropped the ball. Big time. A total lapse of care. I’m...read full review
