About Ultimate Relaxation

Ultimate Relaxation offers excellent massage prices to fit any budget. The sweet staff provide great service, but be aware that there may be additional costs for extras like oils and creams. The quality of massages can vary depending on who you see, with some therapists providing exceptional service while others may be less skilled. However, many customers have reported feeling significantly improved after a visit, with some even able to alleviate chronic pain. Prices are great, and the massages are amazing, making it a great alternative to other spas.

    Going here is a miss.
    Pros:
Nice. Hot Stone Free w/table massage.

    Cons:
    > When you ask/tell them specific areas you want to work on, they usually don't.
    > Lately they massage wayyy too hard and use elbows which I hate.
    > They ask if you want chinese medicine oil (they don't really tell you that it's an *extra $10 charge*)

Out of all of my experiences, I only found 1 or 2 good people out of my 3 years going.
Sadly, I will be looking elsewhere for theraputic massage treatment.

Although I do frequent this place, I only go there when I don't have time to drive to a better place. While the reflexologists provide a decent foot rub, there is no way to relax there. They talked to each other in loud voices nonstop. I've never been to a location for reflexology where there was so much chatter amongst the staff. It's like no one ever explained the appropriate etiquette to them. They even talk on their cell phones while they're doing reflexology...And they put the phone on speaker. It's ridiculous. I honestly can't believe they're still in business. They can't have much repeat business... Other than the few who are too lazy to drive to the other side of town for professional service.

I used to love this place, the massages are great! BUT… over the past few years, they have started to be very pushy with up charges and more time. I went today, the masseuse was good at first, then he started to push the tiger balm and oils. Tiger balm extra $10! I can buy this on Amazon for $6-7, and it does not escape me that this is a service, but when I have to say no about 10 times between the oil and the tiger balm, I am no longer relaxed. Once I refused, he started to talk to his colleagues and the massage started to be very rough. I was there for 45 body and 45 feet. He tried, yet again, to push me for 60 min body 45 feet. I had to again tell him no many times....read full review
