The store had what I needed. I just hate that I have to play Hide and Seek to find staff that can assist with getting items under lock and key. I feel like there should be a dedicated associate present in those areas at all times to make the shopping experience in Ulta better.
The selection of cosmetics, skin care, hair care, fragrance, and beauty services was excellent and well presented during this visit. The beauty retailer felt exceptionally organized, welcoming, and easy to navigate. Staff service was attentive, and checkout was quick and efficient. I would happily return and recommend this location to friends and family.
I went in for new makeup and Pattern shampoo and conditioner. I left with makeup but no Pattern hair products because the store was out of their supply. I will have to go back later this week.
I worked with Reece of my makeup who was so nice kind, and patient. Reece understood the assignment and offered assistance with great products to help me achieve a simple, balanced, natural look. I am excited to try my make-up in the morning and for my event this weekend. Thank you, Reece, for making my visit a lot of fun. I'll be back for my shampoo and conditioner after this week.
