The lady at the front desk, Jennifer was very nice and helpful. Dr Reddy was so nice and efficient, and answered all my questions. Nevin with Lenscrafters was very knowledgable and helpful.
Unfortunately my lenses came out blurry, needed to adjust more for my astigmatism. Dr Ihedoro was able to help me change my prescription. Mr Perez was nice and helped me change my lenses at Lenscrafters.

When I went for my eye exam, I had a different doctor and nurse, I felt like they really listen to me. I had Some concerns about my eye. The doctor and the nurse really listen to me (and had some laughs with the nurse too) I didn't feel like they were up tight to where they would not let you get a word in. Made me feel comfortable. This was my first time going to Lencrafters and from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and immediately serviced. I was in and out within 30-45 minutes from my actual appointment time. Dr. A was my physician for the appointment and she was thorough with her explanation of my eye problems/findings and answered all my questions with clarity. Health is important, so I appreciate everyone taking the time to be kind and informative. I will be back in the future.
