Summit Eye Care provides excellent customer service, with friendly and accommodating staff. The team is attentive to individual needs, offering personalized care and options to resolve issues. Dr. A and Dr. Reddy, along with other professionals, are knowledgeable and thorough, making the experience worth it, even with costs. The staff, including Nevin with Lenscrafters and Mr. Perez, are helpful and efficient. Customers appreciate that the team listens to their concerns and makes them feel comfortable, ensuring they have all their questions answered. Overall, the entire team provides exceptional service and support.
This office was well staffed and friendly. Dr Austin was amazing! He was informative, kind, and knowledgable. He listens to concerns and offers great advice. Will definately return !
The lady at the front desk, Jennifer was very nice and helpful. Dr Reddy was so nice and efficient, and answered all my questions. Nevin with Lenscrafters was very knowledgable and helpful.
Unfortunately my lenses came out blurry, needed to adjust more for my astigmatism. Dr Ihedoro was able to help me change my prescription. Mr Perez was nice and helped me change my lenses at Lenscrafters.
When I went for my eye exam, I had a different doctor and nurse, I felt like they really listen to me. I had Some concerns about my eye.
The doctor and the nurse really listen to me (and had some laughs with the nurse too) I didn't feel like they were up tight to where they would not let you get a word in. Made me feel comfortable.
