All of the staff from the office staff to the field techs have been amazing. The office was able to get me an appointment within a couple days of me calling. Gary was our tech and he was thorough and super helpful. He explained everything to me that I needed to know as well as helping come up with solutions for precious work that had been completed by another company. Starboard A/C & Heating service technician Gary "went the extra mile" to ensure that the repair would last and the problem would not reoccur. He fixed installation issues from another company (One Hour Air), sealing up the gaps that allowed dog hair to clog up the evaporator coil in the air handler. He also adjusted the originally installed pipes so that it would be less of a wrestling match to get the air filter in place and to support it so that would no longer fall out of the bottom of the unit. Starboard is the only company I will use. From the time I moved into my house in 2016 and the current A/C didnt work, Mike and his team were at my house until late in the evening making sure my new A/C was installed and ready to go. For the past 5-6 years, Starboard has responded immediately to any issues which are minimal and are always extremely professional. Would recommend to anyone needing A/C service!Services: Install AC
