Spotlight staging will be my go-to staging company from now on. Not only are they reasonably priced, but the outcome of the staging was absolutely stunning. After using them, my showings increased exponentially and even if clients didn't necessarily like the home, they loved the staging. I recommend them for any of your listing as I'll continue to use them for all mine.

Sandra did a fabulous job. This was a newer home in Riverview, it was vacant and in fabulous condition but had a difficult time competing with all the new home builders, we had over two dozen showings in a few weeks before the staging, but no interest or offers. So instead of doing a price reduction, we recommended the Seller consider professional staging. Sandra and her team staged the home on a Friday morning, both showings that afternoon submitted offers and two more showings Saturday morning also jumped in. The home had multiple offers within 1 day of the staging and sold above the asking price. The staging was the "sizzle" and helped this home compete with all the builder model homes. I'm a huge fan... Great Job!!
