I reached out to Splash Splash Pool Service for a quote regarding weekly pool cleaning, the person who answered the phone appeared to have difficulty collecting my information, and their demeanor came across as rude and unpleasant. I have become tired of having to call to get my pool serviced when I am paying for weekly cleanings! My pool is dirty and green - has been for weeks. When I call someone does come out (they leave a little checklist), but I don’t know what they are doing because it is not working.
