I went in and had my hair done by Melissa and I just have to say, I am blown away!! From the moment I messaged her about her services, she was extremely helpful in helping me decide what kind of service I wanted, she was super polite and responsive. When I came in for my appointment, the salon was very clean and Melissa was very courteous and sweet. She explained to me step by step of what she would be doing and made sure that was what I wanted before proceeding and that made me feel really comfortable! Wow. Service was incredible! Bridget was a life saver. I had my hair done at a different salon in Chattanooga earlier the day I went and it turned out horrible. I needed a hair emergency redo?so I called B3 and was able to get a last minute appointment before my big work presentation. Bridget went above and beyond to make my concerns heard and was very honest with me to help me understand what I was looking for in my color/cut. (Which I really appreciated). Cassie is a hair guru! My girls have very different hair, and Cassie knows her stuff! I will never take them anywhere else. I don't normally get the privilege of getting my hair cut, but she does amazing work for me, too. Love her!
