Called Rusaw Plumbing to help with some plumbing we needed done, and their response time was awesome. They showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and took the time to get to know me as well as go over the scope of work with me.
They tackled the job in a timely manner and at a fair price. I will definitely recommend them to people in my circle of influence. Good people who get the job done right!

Extremely unprofessional , failed to show up on multiple appointments last minute and took hours and multiple trips to fix a simple issue that any other plumber would have had that Basic part on hand, owner was rude and lied about getting someone to fix the issue when confronted for previous no shows
