Rachel is AMAZING, ladies. You’ll walk in to such a relaxing environment where she offers drinks/snacks, a blanket for maximum comfort while you’re getting pampered! Lemme tell you- I’m the lightest sleeper and I fall asleep every time lol. She’s very thorough with explaining step by step what she’s doing, she’s so gentle; whether it be with your lashes or a facial. She takes her time and makes sure you’re leaving there 100% happy with whatever service you’ve gotten. I’m super indecisive and tell her to just “go with what she feels will look best” and she has NEVER disappointed. I love love love my LASHES ! She gave me a really good experience from the moment I walked in. I am really happy I found a lash technician that is professional and knows what to actually do. They are comfortable fitting not uncomfortable at All. 10/10 experience! I’m very happy with the design as well!
