Review is based from the outside, i didn't do the test but my mother did. She was told by Humana that they take her insurance with full power. Do they? No they don't. If you got an elderly sent here? Its better to shop around. I still gave them a 3.5 to 4. They were super busy but the visit wasn't too long. The staff were respectful. After the test we found out the insurance only covers the test. She chose to keep her own frames and even with that? They charged her $350+ for just the lens's. Thats crazy! Which means if u add a frame it will all be like 600+. My husband and I had an amazing experience at Optical Outlets. Yanitza and Juliet were extraordinary associates. Not only was the service efficient, but we also learned a thing or two about our contact prescriptions. Our order arrived sooner than expected.. everything was great. Nonetheless, we definitely will be returning and recommending this location to family and friends.

Awesome and very attentive staff! I had broken the arm on my glasses and received prompt assistance and they were able to repair with no fuss or extra unnecessary pressure. I would recommend this business and their supportive team.
