He is fantastic…really a great artist
Second time seeing Billy for work, very personable and great to talk with, always does great work. Always will use Billy for future work. He is very honest and charges for the quality of work you receive.
Billy who is the owner/tattoo artist did an amazing job. This was my first tattoo! For my 40th birthday, I waited for the right time and the right tattoo because this will be on my arm forever. I couldn’t be more pleased! Billy, thank you for being so patient with me. I will definitely let everyone know where to go!
