I debated if i wanted to leave a review. Made my appointment online front desk was nice, so was the doctor. What made my appointment uncomfortable was the desk you sit at after you appointment that made it very uncomfortable, not only did I feel like she was a bit rude, but here's whole demeanor was just rude to me. After I pickup my order I will be using a different location.
Dr. Madison was fantastic. She performed a thorough eye exam and took time to explain everything to me. She was professional and so sweet. Heather and Katia also helped me and took very good care of me- Thank you
I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Freshly new on my own insurance and EVERYTHING was so clear and transparent, which is hard to find anywhere, let alone as someone who needs extra guidance through the insurance world. Everything was very thoroughly explained and straight forward so I did not feel like I didn’t know what services I was receiving or like I didn’t know what I was paying for. Everyone was so professional and provided a great service. I’m not one for reviews usually, but this was such a great experience! Would recommend
