I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Freshly new on my own insurance and EVERYTHING was so clear and transparent, which is hard to find anywhere, let alone as someone who needs extra guidance through the insurance world. Everything was very thoroughly explained and straight forward so I did not feel like I didn’t know what services I was receiving or like I didn’t know what I was paying for. Everyone was so professional and provided a great service. I’m not one for reviews usually, but this was such a great experience! Would recommend

Hello, about a couple of months ago, I filed a complaint about a pair of glasses I bought at the MyEyeDr store in Brandon, Florida. I contacted a Lady named Sarah from the customer service department, who very kindly and professionally offered to resolve the issue. After listening to my problem, Mrs. Sarah suggested I go to a different branch of the company in Apollo Beach, Florida, and ask for the store manager, Stacey. A couple of days later, I went to that store where I met Stacey, who was extremely attentive and provided with a completely different customer service experience than the one I had with the manager in Brandon, Florida.
