Additional review: had a rental property re-cleaned by Mike. He was able to get out stains the tenant’s cleaner could not get out and was able to get the carpet back to where it needed to be. Great job! The most important thing I can recommend is their customer service and integrity. Mike came out in person to give me an estimate, the only one of the three businesses I contacted for an estimate that came out in person. He told me he thought he could get the stains out of our couch and chair but wasn’t 100% sure because of the material (linen). We set up an appointment, he arrived exactly on time and spent two hours trying to get the stains out to no avail. I was quite surprised when he apologized and said there was no charge for the appointment. I knew this was going to be very difficult because of the fabric and didn’t hold out much hope, but expected to pay at least for a service call, but nope, Mike said if he couldn’t clean it, no charge. Wow! I will definitely call them for future projects. Service like that is hard to come by.
