I started looking for flooring in 2024 for a house rebuild. Window shopped several times at Floor & Decor, HD, Lowes, The Tile Shop and would get so overwhelmed by the big stores & sales push. The one day I wasn't looking I noticed LL next to Pet Smart. Walked in and for once I was not overwhelmed by their set up, selections & employees. Justin wasn't pushy all about getting the sale He just answered my questions about LVP v Laminate and what would hold up best with kids and pets. I didn't buy anything that day. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Cynthia was so helpful. She went above and beyond anything that would ever be expected. If there was more than 5 stars, she would still get the maximum stars.

The staff was wonderful. I came in with the design color in mind and they match the color perfectly. the installation was called within 24 hours and they had the product so I had waited for it to get delivered which was within a couple of days The delivery driver Eric was amazing! from beginning to end it couldn’t have asked for a better company to do my flooring. Thank you, Lumber Liquidators..
