JD Contractors

JD Contractors is a very reliable company which is hard to find. The company is easy to work with, very friendly, and pays attention to every detail. They explain everything they did and why they were doing it. They take concerns seriously and make things easier. Customers feel treated with respect and honesty. JD Contractors did a roof with fair pricing and fantastic service. The roof is perfect and they even had to take off solar panels which corrugated with another company. Everything was done in a timely manner. Customers say they couldn't ask for a better experience because the team was knowledgeable, timely, professional, and experienced. After a tree fell on a house during Hurricane Milton, the owner was texting by 9am the next morning. He immediately connected the customer with a crane company to have the tree removed and within 24 hours he was in the driveway with a tarp to cover the roof so no more damage happened while waiting for insurance. When insurance took months, he continued to check in and make sure everything was set and even came out to reconnect the tarp that had come loose. When insurance was settled he had his crew out within a week putting on a new roof, fixing the rafters, installing soffits, and fixing the frame. They not only do phenomenal work, they actually care about their customers. JD Contractors came out and pulled a schematic report of the roof which was shared so it could be used to compare other quotes. The cost of the shed was included in the total amount without a separate permit. Fees came in almost $3,000 less than other companies and it didn't matter what shingle color was chosen. Customers say the company never took advantage of a lack of knowledge on roofing, permits, etc. and made sure to educate so the customer knew what they were dealing with before making a decision.
