It’s the best place to have a barbershop!! Justin has been exceptional as an owner! He keeps the building clean, he’s always available quickly when there is any issues with the property, he’s very knowledgeable and the rental prices are very reasonable!! I highly recommend Individual Salon Suites as a great place to start a business!!

I go to the Brandon location and it's okay once inside, but parking is horrible, also is the fact that there's only one bathroom for like 12+ suites Other than that I love my service provider.

Justin has been the best from beginning to end! No other company that rents rooms,is as kind and helpful as he has been. He is always near by if there is any problems with your room, and the facility is always clean and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and customizable instead of being stuck with the same rooms everyone else has! Definitely come here if you are looking for a room to rent!
