Mad she moved to Groomsmen Barbershop 3 in Brandon FL but I had to follow her to her new spot. Been cuttin w/ Noeliz for almost 4 years now! Definitely one of the most dedicated barbers in the 813 area, whether you’re coming in for a walk in or an appointment she’s on top of it, you’ll be leaving the store with a smile. You don’t have to be shy around her either she’ll chop it up with you and establish a good barber-client relationship.
