I had a rare early day today and made time to stop in on my way home. Emily was very vibrant, professional, and extremely bubbly to engage in conversation with as she trimmed me. The first moment I felt the overgrowth of hair leaving my scalp, I felt better than I had in quite a while. This is not my usual place to go for a haircut but I'll definitely stop by again to get trimmed by Emily. I can only wish that the other technicians there are as skilled as she is and equally proficient at their trade.

It was okay, but far from good. I asked to have scissors cut on top, and she just went with the timmer all over my hair. A worker were complaining about stuff and clients. Some employees were great with customers, but the one who cut my hair had no idea about customer service and dealing with people. You can find a much better haircut for the same price or a little more. I don't think it was worth it. Ain't coming back.

Getting my haircut has always given me a great deal of anxiety. I’ve been going to great clips for a while and must say Jada, who cut my hair, was excellent! I didn’t know quite what I wanted and she helped me decide and checked in with me frequently to check the length, layers, etc to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much!
