Fractured ankle, 3rd floor no elevator, so found myself needing help with taking out garbage, picking up mail/packages, grocery shopping. Right foot so couldn't drive. First number I found was executive. Jason, who turned out to be a co owner answered and patiently answered my questions. I had to give it some thought. There was no pressure at all, which was refreshing. A few days later, I called and asked for services & he actually came out to assess my needs, do paperwork. I had thought it was owned by some big corporation, But no, owned by a couple. I had them for about 6 weeks, weekly. Two aides, both very nice and helpful. Jason and the entire staff were very accommodating, and supportive of my needs and concerns. Asking for help or making the decision to get outside help was very difficult for me to accept. Jason made me feel comfortable with my feelings and the decision to hire help.
