“This was my first time coming to this location. Over the holiday break I was able to book an online appointment for the Flowpresso experience (lymphatic therapy/message). Shortly after I arrived I was taken to the back to begin the therapy session. I had never done Flowpresso before, but I have done manual lymphatic massages at home. However, to get the full benefits and make sure you’re targeting all areas of the body, going to a licensed therapist who can do lymphatic massages or a place that offers Flowpresso is the best way to ensure you cover all areas of your body where you’re feeling pain and fatigue. I enjoyed the 40-50min and will definitely book my next appointment!
