Noticed three new brown circles on kitchen ceiling, obviously from water coming through. We called the company who originally did our roof since it was still under warranty. They would not cover the repair because the warranty was in the previous owner’s name. Wild to me that the property and work itself isn’t what is covered! I’d heard really great things about Cardinal, their work, their ethics and integrity. They came out within a day to assess and give us an estimate. The work was complete within three more days, and we haven’t had any leakage since. Cardinal guarantees their work by property address, not by the occupants name. Yay!
Outstanding experience from start to finish! After the 2024 hurricanes, they came out quickly to patch our roof and did an excellent job. They arrived right on time, were upfront and honest about everything, and explained the work clearly before getting started. The quality of the repair was fantastic, and they made sure everything was done right.
Recently I also had them install solar attic fans, and they did an amazing job with that as well. The installation was clean, professional, and has already made a noticeable difference.
