Cano Health is praised for its friendly staff and excellent care, particularly by Dr. Molina and Dr. Càceres, who are noted for their professionalism and attentiveness. However, some patients express frustration with the call center, citing difficulties in accessing information and long wait times for assistance. Despite these issues, many recommend Cano Health for its overall quality of medical care.
Aging into Medicare requires me to have a PCP accepting Simply. I randomly selected Dr. Leonel Camejo, and I'm ecstatic I did. I had my first visit this morning, and WOW! It was a fantastic experience. From the transportation driver, the front desk, the Nurse, and finally, Dr. Camejo. Dr. Camejo, I can't say enough about you. My appointment was at 10:00AM at three minutes after he was in the room. I had to tell him that has NEVER happened before. His bedside manners, impeccable.
I look forward to him, and the staff providing my future care.

This place is a slight step above a community free clinic. I was 4 minutes late for an appointment. was spoken to incredibly rudly and was told I'd have to reschedule my follow-up visit for 3 weeks later. There is no rhyme or reason to the tests ordered or referrals given. They get you in, give you pages of bloodwork to have done, referrals to specialists so that they can prescribe or refill any medications, even if you've been on them for years. Cano has literally done nothing for me besides raise my blood pressure.
Dr. Molina and her staff are great!However, having to use the "call center" in order to speak to anyone sucks.They are clueless about my account/files. Requesting information from them is near impossible.I am currently at 1.5 days wait just to have my blood work order resent to me to go get blood drawn. I have been told numerous times that they had to send my request to someone else and they would then email it to me.It is beyond frustrating! CANO Health will more than likely be losing me as a patient due to the horrible call center process and experience.
