I set up an appointment with Fletcher Adams of BetterView Home Inspections to get my home checked out before listing it for sale. I wanted to know if there was anything I needed to address, even if I didn't go through with listing it. Mr Adams was very quick to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me, but also not a long wait for that day. He also provided me with what I needed to do in order to make it possible for him to have access to areas that would need to be inspected. The day of the appointment he arrived promptly and set about to provide what I would call the "most thorough inspection ever". I was extremely impressed at the lengths he went to, checking literally everything, which is what I needed. I would most definitely want him doing the inspection on any home I buy in the future, since I can't imagine anything slipping by him.
