Called Waterworks and spoke with Mike about coming out to fix our garbage disposal. He diagnosed the problem over the phone with me so not only helped me fix it right away but explained what I needed to do to fix it without charging us at all! Great honest company! We highly recommend! Thanks Mike you will be my first call with all other plumbing needs!!
These guys are the best! I was given the run around from Manatee County's totally inept staff. Mike the GM actually answers the phone. Good luck getting a call back or speaking with anyone at other backflow providers. Don't make a mistake. Go with Waterworks and not anyone else.
called mike about getting backflow repaired and certified since the county shut my water off because I forgot the have backflow certified and mike told me he could repair next day told him I was without water for 1.5 days now and he made a emergency call to a tech had it fixed on on the same day very good customer satisfaction from this company the other five I called couldn't help me
