It’s been almost 2 months since I started using Visiting Angels services for in-home, personal healthcare. I would rate their services as being excellent up to this time. I have a regular caregiver who does a great job helping me with the following tasks: personal care (clothing, washing, toileting, shaving, teeth and mouth, nail filing, etc.), laundry, household cleaning, making my bed and changing sheets, meal preparation, and many other tasks.The two times when my caregiver was not able to help me, Visiting Angels sent caregivers that were just as good as my normal caregiver. "The answer to all our prayers" doesn't begin to describe how our family feels about Visiting Angels! From the moment we met, there was an instant feeling of warmth, support, and confidence. They are extremely up-front and forward with their policies and procedures; the weekly billing is clear, concise and convenient. As elderly folks can often be unpredictable, the Angels adjust to that professionally and quite graciously. Ms. Turner and/or Ms. Warren respond to any issue almost instantly with prompt solutions and a positive attitude. I cannot say enough good things about our care giver Bee Adam. She came to us when my husband was in his end stages with cancer. She was a tremendous help. She was kind and so compassionate and very willing to do anything to help with my husband’s comfort. . She anticipated my husband’s needs and mine, too! She is a wonderful person.
