***********Customers Beware************ Extremely dissatisfied with James and issues that have come with bubbling on my window that is still present. James is trying to charge me additional $ for the replacement of the tint. Let me start off by saying upon arrival of my appointment that I made a week in advance, James was late because he forgot his keys. Of course, accidents happen but I ended waiting over 4+hours for completion due to his counter part having to drop off the keys to get into his facility. It was an inconvenience but a non issue for me at the time. Fast forward a week to after the completion of the work, I noticed bubbling on the driver window so immediately called to find a solution. James reassured me that he would replace free of charge and the apt was booked. He ended up letting me know that we need to reschedule due to him having covid. Again, an inconvenience but a non issue for me. We made another apointment for tint repair which I ended up not being able to attend due to a family emergency- my aunt fell playing pickleball. I called to rebook but let me know since I didn’t call in advance lost thousands of dollars. He then proceeded to tell me that I now need to pay out of pocket and that since the car was so dirty it is my fault that there’s bubbling. I’ve been patient and accommodating throughout this whole process, you would think that he would be too. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Customers beware.
James and Nicole are awesome to work with. Very friendly and a great job at a great price. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
