About The Preserve Golf Club at Tara
The Preserve Golf Club at Tara provides a friendly, low-key atmosphere for both avid golfers and casual visitors. The course features challenging fairways, water hazards, and abundant wildlife, offering an entertaining golfing experience. The staff is described as nice and helpful, creating a welcoming environment for all. Recently, the golf course has been steadily improving under new maintenance management, and many enjoy practicing there regularly. The current pricing makes it suitable for working on swings without feeling pressure from groups behind. The layout is phenomenal, requiring careful placement of each shot, as there is water on every hole and multiple penalty areas. While the conditions may not yet meet professional standards, the value is unmatched for the price, which is currently around $20 for 18 holes. Visitors have noted that the course layout is beautifully designed, and while it needs some tender loving care, the effort from the green keepers is evident. The front desk and starter staff are very friendly, contributing to a pleasant experience. Despite some areas needing improvement, the effort being put into the course is appreciated, and many hope to see it continue to develop into a remarkable place to play.
1. It's an absolutely gorgeous Preserve.
2. Cheep$. Let me repeat. Inexpensive!
3. Great golf carts to cruise a beautifully designed golf course.
4. Problem breaking 100? Play here for fun and practice.
5. Management and Staff. The best.
You want better? Golf is everywhere. Go pay 100 to 200 a round and prepare to be stressed by every little picky rule and Ranger.
Love this place ⛳️👍
THIS PLACE IS THE PLACE TO GOLF!! Amazing staff, gorgeous course, and everyone is extremely friendly. Best experience I’ve ever had! Make sure to check out the restaurant inside amazing food and fantastic bartenders and staff!
The guy taking in the golf carts at 4/25/26 around 7:00pm accused us of paying for 9 holes instead of 18 when we payed for the whole thing and felt racially profiled. Not sure if that was the intention but that’s how we felt. The bartenders at the time were amazing but this guy in the orange ruined our whole experience and we are regulars at this course. Need to find a new one now
