Not only does Kristin truly know her craft, but she took the time to really listen to what I wanted, the shape I was trying to achieve, and my personal curl journey. I was lucky enough to have my best friend cut my hair for 15 years before she moved away. Riley did an amazing job on my hair! I usually get nervous about going to a hair salon because I have had many bad cuts in the past, but she nailed it. She went above and beyond to give me exactly what I asked for, and the results were perfect. She's also incredibly sweet and genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend her!
4: Desha no longer works there, and doesn't answer her texts, even though she claims to still cut hair (at least her voice message still says she does). I'll be calling Studio M again, but NOT Desha.

I went in to get a SERIOUS hair cut with Desha and told her I didn't blow my hair dry or use product in it. She told me she wasn't going to use any more product than the leave in conditioner she's just put in, but she used a generous amount of hair spray. She was also quite adamant I get my money's worth and get the blow out and curling iron, "since it's included".
